I had a total left hip replacement 7 weeks ago performed by Mr Tai. At my consultation he explained everything to me and answered all my questions and allayed any concerns I had. The operation was performed under a spinal anaesthetic and, with the assistance and encouragement of the nursing staff I was up on my feet walking with a frame after just 3 - 4 hours. . Mr Tai came to see me before discharge from hospital and gave me the encouragement to go forward with my recovery at home. I have just had my 6 week follow up appointment with Mr Tai. He showed me the before and after X-rays and answered all my questions about my progress going forward. I am now pain free and walking better than I have done in two years. Throughout the whole process Mr Tai has shown such professionalism, skill and care. My heartfelt thanks to Mr Tai and all his team, and also the nurses and physio at One Hatfield for all their care and support which has been second to none.

Mr Tai performed a total hip replacement on me after I fell and broke my left hip. The operation went perfectly and six weeks later I’m back to dancing and working out in the gym. I’m hoping to be back to full fitness within a couple of weeks. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Tai.

The pre-op hip replacement consultation (inc. X-ray) went very smoothly and Mr Tai answered all my concerns/queries The op itself was, from my viewpoint, completely trouble free Since the operation I have recovered remarkably quickly (walking without crutches after about a week and back in the gym after 10 days. Now, after 6 weeks I am nearing 100% fitness with just a little more work on range of movement required. All in all things have gone extremely well and much better than I anticipated, due to Mr Thai’s skills/expertise

I had a total knee replacement 10 weeks ago and my new knee is now working very well and pain free. I had several meetings with Mr Tai before the procedure because my operation was cancelled a few times during the Covid pandemic, but he was professional throughout all consultations and the operation has been very successful. I am now waiting to get the other knee replaced and I have complete confidence in Mr Tai to do a really really good job when the time comes.
